Ingredients:
- goat/lamb leg piece 1 ½ kg
- white vinegar ¾ cup
- salt 4 tb spoon
- meat tenderizer powder 1 tb spoon
- lemon juice ¼ cup
- black pepper as desire
- ginger garlic
paste 3 tb spoon
Preparation:
First, wash the leg piece. Then, prick it with a fork and dip it in the water for an hour. After that mix vinegar, ginger, and garlic paste, salt, and meat tenderization in it and leave them for another hour. Then put this leg piece in a preheated oven at 150 degrees C for an hour. After that, garnish it with cardamom and lemon pieces and serve it with fried rice.
