Besan ki Khandliyan

  


    Ingredients

  • o   Gram flour (filtered) ... 1/2 cup
  • o   Fresh milk ... 1/2 cup
  • o   Crushed garlic ginger ... a tablespoon
  • o   Crushed turmeric ... a teaspoon
  • o   Lemon juice - a tablespoon
  • o   Green coriander (chopped) ... 1/2 tbsp
  • o   Green Chillies (Rats) - 3 pieces
  • o   Salt According to taste
  • o   Oil ... a cup

o                   For the curry:

  • o   Crushed tomatoes ... a cup
  • o   Yogurt (sprinkled) ... a cup
  • o   Crushed red pepper ... 1/2 tablespoon
  • o   Crushed turmeric - a teaspoon
  • o   Crushed hot spices ... a teaspoon
  • o   Crushed cumin ... a teaspoon
  • o   Crushed Garlic Ginger - 2 tbsp
  • o   Crushed onions (a cup)
  • o   Salt According to taste
  • o   Oil - 4 tablespoons

             To decorate with green coriander

In a basin, mix garlic, ginger, turmeric, lemon oil, milk, and salt. Cook the mixture over low heat until thickened. Mix green coriander and green chilies in it and take it off. Grease a tray and pour the basin mixture over it. When cool, cut into pieces. To make curry, heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden, then add garlic and fry for 2 minutes, add all other ingredients and fry till oil comes up, then add Khandliyan and take out in the dish. Serve delicious Khandliyan garnished with green coriander.
